I had a delightful stay at Santa Maria - Bardolino Town Center. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and the lake. I was also pleased to find a swimming pool and private parking at the hotel. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable, especially the opportunity to make fresh orange juice.

The staff was absolutely amazing - super friendly and helpful. The location was mind-blowing - just a couple of minutes walk to the lakeside, restaurants, and bars. The parking was impressive and the breakfast was jaw-dropping, especially the 'do it yourself' orange juice machine. The hotel was great for those on a budget, with a fantastic breakfast and a nice swimming pool. It was also conveniently located, allowing easy access to the old town and the lake. The receptionist was kind enough to accommodate us even though we arrived late. The hotel was nicely located, just 2 minutes from the city center and the lake itself. The staff was nice and helpful, and the private parking space was a big plus. The accommodation level was good, just as expected from the hotel. The breakfast had many options to choose from and the ability to make fresh juice was a super plus. a fantastic stay with great amenities.

the hotel's location is perfect, right in the center and only a short walk from the bus station. Alessandro, the staff member, was extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection, with the option to make fresh juice.

Communication was difficult due to the language barrier.

There were ramps and handrails throughout the hotel, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. The staff was attentive and always willing to assist me, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

If I had one small request for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the hotel to have more seating areas with cushions or padded chairs. As a senior, I appreciate the extra comfort and support for my back while sitting.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with the towels and sheets replaced regularly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I particularly loved being able to make my own fresh carrot orange and ginger juice each morning.
